Pat began his employment at Bethesda Country Club in 1999, as an Assistant Golf Professional. Pat began his professional career at his home club, Argyle Country Club and later Montgomery Country Club. As an assistant professional Pat his PGA Membership in 2002 and was named Assistant Professional of the year in 2005 by the MAPGA.
Pat was named Bethesda Country Club's first ever Director of Instruction in 2010. In 2016 pat earned his PGA Certified Status, specializing in Teaching and Coaching. In recent years the golf instructional business has changed very rapidly through the use of modern technology and Pat has been a leader to embrace, as well as create these changes. Pat's teaching schedule is filled with golfers of all skills levels, from beginners, social golfers, competitive club golfers, elite amateurs, college players and aspiring tour professionals. His teaching is custom built for the student in front of him.
Pat is recognized as one of the top teachers in Maryland by Golf Digest and is a speaker and presenter at many golf professional educational seminars, both locally and nationally. Since 2014, Pat has been an Assistant Volunteer Golf Coach for the University of Maryland Women’s Golf Team.
